Web 2.0 paper
The paper titled: "Web 2.0: Conceptual foundations and marketing issues" I wrote with Stefan Fountain as co-author is just published in the Journal of Direct, Data and Digital Marketing Practice (formerly Journal of Interactive Marketing) in the January -March 2008 edition in a special and free to download issue about Web 2.0. This is the only academic article of the issue but there are several other very interesting articles also painting a picture of the social media today
